The Offices at Burrard Place are shaping up to be the very definition of luxury for its tenants. Featuring a stunning design from the late Bing Thom, Burrard Place has an abundance of glazed glass panels which allow light to flow naturally through the interior. The 13 storey, 140,000 sq ft structure will have tastefully decorated office spaces with high ceilings and flexible floor plans.

SMT has performed several quality assurance scans to test the integrity of the waterproof membrane, utilising the Digiscan 360's flexible design to test in some award areas such as inside planters or on narrow balconies. Our reports allowed the roofers to patch any deficiency, giving the best possible value to the client.

The Offices at Burrard Place will be topped with a green roof, boosting the sustainable credentials of the already energy efficient building. SMT installed our FutureCast leak detection system, which when activated can track moisture underneath the beautiful greenery - protecting occupants below by highlighting potential problems before they become an issue. FutureCast also enables roofers to drastically narrow the search area when looking to conduct maintenance - saving valuable time and money.
